Identity Access Management Engineer:
Business Objectives/Desired CX Outcomes: Working to onboard applications into IIQ for user access certifications; potentially integrating applications with OKTA SSO

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to live within 60 miles of the RTO locations, as the position will become weekly Hybrid at FTE (please see locations below)

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Sailpoint IIQ/IDNow experience, preferably at least 3 years.
We seek an identity access management engineer who can learn new technologies quickly and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the including but not limited to:
IAM - Identity Access Management
LDAP Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, SSO Single Sign-On, SAML Security Assertion Markup Language, or WS Federation Web Service
Cloud applications such as Office 365, Salesforce, Workday, etc.
This individual will work closely with IT support teams and end-users to address access-related questions and issues. This role does require 3rd tier support for our tools, so some non-core hours should be anticipated.
