Investigations Manager, Global Investigations

Responsibilities
o Responsible for all aspects of investigating E&C reports of employee misconduct in the Americas

o Understand company Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures to identify non-compliance

o Lead, conduct and document complex internal investigations

o Draft concise and accurate reports, including executive-level summaries of investigations, and presentations providing an overview of the key issues, findings, trends, and outcomes related to investigations

o Build consensus around remediation/discipline with relevant stakeholders, providing an appropriate level of guidance from an E&C perspective

o Present updates on investigations, including investigation analytics, trends, and remediation, to senior leadership and at various forums (e.g., regular updates to Legal, HR, and Internal Audit, etc.)

o Ensure case files are complete and information is accurately reflected in case management tool (Navex)

o Review data metrics to identify trends and to conduct root cause analysis

o Provide training to employees and functional partners on speak-up, non-retaliation, investigations process, etc.

o Provide guidance/mentorship to junior investigator(s) on best practices in conducting investigations

o Report to the Head of Global Investigations; regularly apprise Head of Global Investigations on status of investigations

o Willingness to travel to onsite locations, as needed

Qualifications

o 7+ years of investigations experience

o Experience conducting investigations in a corporate setting, and interviewing stakeholders at all corporate levels

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to advise, counsel and interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders

o Strong presentations skills

o Excellent writing skills, including notetaking and report writing

o Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

o Able to exercise sound judgment in resolving complex matters and escalating matters appropriately

o Strong organizational skills and experience in case management

o Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail

o Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Location
Somewhat flexible so long as we have an office in the region.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $85,850.00 - $101,000.00
