Support product and client level revenue, cost, margin, and key driver analysis. Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting process for assigned areas of responsibility. Leverage financial models to facilitate and improve forecasting and analysis capabilities. Responsible for Service Delivery departments’ forecasting, reporting and variance analysis. Collaborate with Account Management, Pricing, Billing, and Accounting teams as needed.

Key Accountabilities

Provide revenue, cost, and key driver analysis:

• Provide analytical support on existing and new products through monthly P&L variance analysis.
• Perform financial analysis for assigned client regions, to inform forecasting reviews and updates.
• Support product, customer, margin, and cost/benefit analysis.
  
  

Monthly Forecasting And Annual Planning Process

• Conduct the monthly forecasting and annual planning process for client revenue and expenses, and Service Delivery cost centers.
• Identify and implement planning, forecasting, and reporting process improvements.
• Assist in preparation, analysis, and evaluation of Monthly Business Review (MBR), Regional Client, and Service Delivery reporting.
• Develop revenue and margin financial models to forecast new and existing products.
  
  

Support Profitability Analysis And New Product Analysis

• Perform profitability analysis on various product lines (Health Advising, Health Coaching, Screenings, etc.) based on operational and financial information.
• Complete ad-hoc project research and analysis.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, along with direct experience in the Finance or Accounting fields.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or similar Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) solution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• High acumen for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
• Comfort in proposing new methods, processes, and approaches.
• Certified Public Accountant certification preferred.
• Health and wellness industry experience preferred.
  
  

Compensation: $63K/Year - $73K/Year. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
