We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for design, planning, safety, and maintenance of facility infrastructure as well as manufacturing/production equipment and systems.
This position is part of the Quality & Regulatory - Environmental, Health & Safety located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.

The hourly range for this role is $23 - $25 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for design, planning, safety, and maintenance of facility infrastructure as well as manufacturing/production equipment and systems.
This position is part of the Quality & Regulatory - Environmental, Health & Safety located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Mechanical responsibilities for facilities equipment, machinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Conduct facility inspections and/or equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, including repair work and replacements/capital improvements
- Predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance analysis
- Designing and implementing long-term continuous improvement applications and systems to enhance facility and/or production reliability and infrastructure specific elements of quality system compliance
- Documents and reports issues to provide a safe and reliable environment
- Work with and support site EHS function and other duties as needed
- Manage outside contractor support and services, including overseeing, planning, and executing all facility maintenance work order request
The essential requirements for the job include:
- High School degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate the ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Previous facilities and maintenance experience
- HVAC experience
