Holder Construction is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our VDC Department in Atlanta, GA.

A qualified candidate will be essential to the department, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our administrative functions, accounts payable, and cost coding processes. This role requires a strong team player who collaborates effectively to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Cost Coding: Accurately code and track project costs, ensuring all expenses are recorded and categorized correctly.
  • Communication: Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoicing or cost-related queries.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on accounts payable and cost coding.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
