  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Oracle HCM functional consultant

LOCATION: Downtown, NJ - Onsite

An Oracle HCM functional consultant
designs, develops, tests, and delivers Oracle application solutions for clients
. They may also be responsible for customizing and deploying the solution.
Here are some responsibilities of an Oracle HCM functional consultant:
  • Understanding business requirements: Capturing functional and technical requirements from clients and translating them into Oracle HCM Cloud module requirements
  • Designing processes: Preparing a solution blueprint for project implementation
  • Configuring the system: Configuring the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client requirements
  • Testing the solution: Testing the solution with users and organizing, executing, and supervising end-to-end integration tests and user acceptance tests
  • Providing user training: Providing training or overview of technology and changes
  • Supporting cutover: Supporting cutover and stabilizing the solution
  • Documenting: Capturing and documenting functional requirements, specifications, and test data sets
  • Liaising with the development team: Liaising with the development team to communicate requirements and follow-up progress
  • Advising clients: Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
