Responsibilities

Environmental, Societal and Governance (ESG) Finance Reporting Lead to serve as the central point of contact for all ESG reporting.

The role is responsible for rolling out a structured and comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Reporting Program within TA Financial Reporting. This includes identifying an ESG reporting owner for each department, ensuring they are accountable for their functional deliverables.

The role will ensure each department understands the reporting requirements and has the necessary processes and controls in place to meet deadlines. Responsibilities also involve gaining a high-level understanding of reporting templates, data elements, sources, calculations, systems, and processes.

This position will partner with functional area leaders to independently assess each department s status, identify risks, and advocate for needs such as role assignments, project plans, and resources.

The individual will liaise with governing bodies, stakeholders, and contributors to ensure alignment and foster consistency in standards across departments.

Additional oversight includes ESG global asset reporting, expected credit loss (ECL) processes, and the Razor system's maintenance and development.

The role also involves coordinating with departmental leaders on strategy, problem-solving, and project management approaches.
