Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and architecture. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in IT service management and a proven ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions meet best practices and business requirements.
  • Develop complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages, including Glide, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
  • Manage integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
  • Configure and manage ServiceNow s CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping for asset and service tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, adopting agile development practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in IT with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience as an Architect.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development using the App Engine.
  • Proficient in designing complex workflows and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, AngularJS).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Orchestration).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security standards, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CMDB structure, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Proficient with Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and their integration with ServiceNow.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
