The ServiceNow Architect will be instrumental in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have over 15+ years of experience in IT service management and a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

Experience:

o 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

o Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.

o Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development using the App Engine.

Skills:

o Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices.

o Proficient in designing complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, AngularJS).

o Experience with ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools (Integration Hub, Orchestration).

o Familiarity with ServiceNow s CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.

o Ability to work with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.

Education:

o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

o ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Hands-on experience with Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development.

Familiarity with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is a plus point and their integration with ServiceNow.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
