The Compliance Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our user base by analyzing and reporting user information and activity across a wide variety of compliance policy protocols.

Successful performance as a Compliance Associate involves the ability to meticulously analyze large datasets to detect fraud patterns and anomalies, contributing to the integrity of the company’s user base. The individual will consistently communicate findings and collaborate with internal teams through clear, professional emails. They will play a key role in developing new fraud detection practices by leveraging their strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Success in this role is marked by the ability to adapt to emerging fraud trends, use various tools to enhance detection capabilities, and maintain sound judgment in decision-making. Ultimately, successful performance ensures that fraud detection processes are continuously evolving to protect the business.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $23/hr to $25/hr. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

- Communicate professionally and courteously via email to convey findings and collaborate with internal teams.
- Contribute creatively to the development of innovative fraud detection practices, utilizing critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail while examining large sets of data.
- Conduct research to stay updated on emerging fraud trends and methodologies
- Utilize various analytical tools and software to enhance fraud detection capabilities

- At least 2 year of customer service/anti-fraud related experience required, preferably in the online/e-commerce space
- Proven analysis and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs, Calendar
- Working knowledge of SQL basics
- Understanding of Technical Language/Knowledge.
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology or a related field
- Zendesk knowledge is a plus
