  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Senior XD Researcher

The Senior XD Research - Research Operations Manager handles the operational aspects of the Experience Design (XD) Research team s research practice, freeing up XD Researchers to focus on conducting research and applying research insights in meaningful ways.

This includes:

  • Participant management: recruiting, screening, scheduling, and distributing incentives to research participants
  • Knowledge management: maintain the team insights repository, including creating and overseeing processes by which new research is added and existing research is distributed, maintained, updated, and archived
  • Governance: create processes and guidelines for consent, data privacy, and asset/information storage
  • Communication and advocacy: sharing, socializing, and evangelizing the value of user research throughout an organization
  • Tools: strategic procurement and management of tools and platforms to increase efficiencies and scale research
  • Work tracking and team capacity: assist the team in reporting and tracking the work they re doing for departmental visibility

Desired Experience

  • We re seeking someone with at least 3 years experience in design or research operations and a combined total of 7 years experience in design or research operations, user research, program and/or project management or other relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a dedicated research-operations role is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare research settings is preferred

Education: Bachelors Degree in Research, HCI, UX Design, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or related field required. If you do not have this qualification, please apply anyway and write a paragraph explaining why you would be a good fit.

Master s Degree preferred.

7-11 years of experience in Design Research leading user research projects with demonstrated impact.
