Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion RMC Specialist with 5 years of experience in Risk Management and Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion RMC solutions to ensure our organization s compliance and risk management processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion RMC modules to meet business requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective use of Oracle Fusion RMC.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management and compliance activities.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion RMC functionalities and best practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to monitor risk and compliance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of risk management and compliance processes. Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion RMC or similar risk management and compliance solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion RMC modules, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion RMC or risk management are a plus. Preferred Attributes:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
