Managing the Design Development and producing Construction Documents, directing consultants and monitoring their progress and on-time delivery of the finished project are key roles of all of our PM's.
You must be strong in self-management, problem solving and personal accountability. We are looking for a candidate that wants to "Own" the projects they are responsible for.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook E-mail, writing and documenting skills are important in this position. If you are not proficient in Vectorworks, we expect you to be responsible for 1 week of training time before you start as an employee. Of course, the training costs will be paid by RFA.
