The People Support Representative serves as a main resource for Crocs’ employees contacting our HR Service Center. You will answer employee queries via calls, emails and chats providing information regarding company specific HR policies and/or procedures, while following the Crocs, State, and Federal guidelines. Inquiries may include, but are not limited to; employee benefit plans, paid time off, assistance navigating our systems, employee relations issues intake, tuition reimbursement and payroll related questions. In addition, you will be responsible for employee compliance such as training, and policy sign off.

All inquiries are detailed in our call tracking/ticketing tool (ServiceNow) with an expectation that the majority will be resolved at first pass to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

In some cases, issues may be raised to internal resources, including COEs and HRBPs for further research and resolution. Through processing of data and responding to many different inquiries, you will develop a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.

This role will be based out of our Las Vegas Distribution Center.

What You'll Do

  • Responds to inquiries and resolves matters including, but not limited to, HR policy and procedure, employee benefits including health and wellness benefits, leaves paid time off, and retirement plans.
  • Processes employee changes in HRIS including personal information, assignment information, and benefit changes.
  • Assists employees and Managers navigating SuccessFactors self-service application and Success Factors Talent Management System.
  • Documents summary details into call tracking system (ServiceNow) and raises complex calls for resolution.
  • Complies with all Crocs, State, and Federal regulations including Paid Sick Time Policies.
  • Reviews policies, procedures & internal resource materials, through work experience develops knowledge of all subjects handled by HR Shared Services in a continuous learning environment and rotation.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 0-2 years of HR-related experience OR a college degree in an applicable discipline
  • Must be comfortable taking calls all day, with ability to work in the gray and problem solve
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication (written & oral), and interpersonal skills
  • Focused attention to detail along with developed organizational skills
  • Proven customer service and follow-through skills including patience and comfort engaging with challenging situations
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
