POSITION IS NOT REMOTE! LOCATED IN INDIANAPOLIS, WILL BE ON-SITE

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team at Indiana Members Credit Union. This role primarily involves generating and delivering reports on member engagement, financial performance, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance our member services. Your analytical skills and passion for data will help us optimize our operations and deliver exceptional value to our members.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and updates.
  • Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Identify and analyze trends in member behavior, financial performance, and market conditions.
  • Utilize specific software and tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel to perform data analysis and reporting.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business/Finance or related field.
  • Technical Experience in Power BI, SQL Server.
  • Experience designing and building data visualizations with MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of BI concepts, and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Preference for experience in statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting.
  • Previous Credit Union experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
