As a Business Development Representative on the Rainbow team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Support the Vice President of Sales in the promotion of Rainbow Restoration’s business and brand through sales operations.
  • Fully Embrace the Neighborly Code of Values and ensure the sales team incorporates it into their day-to-day activities.
  • Assist the Vice President of Sales in implementing a unified sales process and marketing plan for the Rainbow Restoration network.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets (locally and nationally).
  • Conduct sales training for franchise business owners, local business development associates, and the internal Business Development Team.
  • Monitor the progress of the national, regional, and local sales goals.

(Required Qualifications)

  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven sales success and at least three (3) years of management experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership-oriented personality
    • Team-oriented, as opposed to individually oriented. Be able to accept and respond to suggestions and constructive feedback in a healthy manner.
    • Clear and precise communicator both in written and verbal communication.
    • Possesses the ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
