  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Patent Prosecution Assistant

Our company is seeking a talented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a member of our prosecution team, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of legal professionals and paralegals while utilizing your skills in document preparation, file maintenance, and client communication. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and prosecution team
  • Assist in filing patent applications with USPTO and foreign patent offices
  • Create and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Coordinate attorney calendars and travel arrangements
  • Use firm software for time entry and client-specific instructions
  • Maintain e-filing of USPTO and integrate new patent files
  • Monitor deadlines and handle client correspondence
  • Edit complex documents accurately and efficiently
  • Provide general assistance to the team and manage workflow
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IP patent prosecution
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
