IP Docketing Specialist

70,000 - 85,000

As the IP Docketing Specialist you will be managing and facilitating the process of filing patent applications for the Untied States and foreign countries. you will work closely with patent attorneys and inventors to ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are prepared and filed correctly in accordance with the laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update all additions and changes in the automated docket system
  • Prepare and distribute regular deadline reports to those working on calendared matters.
  • Prepare and distribute specialized docket reports on request.
  • Monitoring and tracking deadlines and due dates for filing requirements
  • Providing administrative support to patent attorneys and inventors
