PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST

We are looking for a passionate, highly analytical, and results-driven Paid Social Media Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team. As one of our Paid Social Specialists, you ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, deep paid social experience, and an interest in live entertainment, theatre, and/or the performing arts. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing, the Paid Social Specialist is a full-time exempt role based in New York City.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously optimize ad performance.

  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics regularly, analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Effectively manage and optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI, monitoring spending patterns and adjusting based on performance and goals.

  • Utilize audience targeting tools and methodologies to reach the right demographics, refining strategies based on performance data.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, creative, content, and business intelligence, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in the paid social landscape.

WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, etc. Deep understanding of Meta advertising required.

  • Meta Blueprint Certifications or equivalent knowledge

  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CVR, etc) to identify optimization opportunities

  • Knowledgeable about channel best practices, from campaign setup to targeting and creative

  • Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from data and form actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment

  • A working knowledge of paid search and passion for live theatre, arts, culture, attractions, and/or tourism is a plus!

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • A competitive salary between $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience
