Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the on-site search experience using Algolia s search platform features, including redirects, synonyms, rules, boosting, and pinning.
  • Analyze and report on search data using Adobe Analytics to generate insights into consumer and market trends.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for search tools.
  • Collaborate with various teams to better understand customer behavior and enhance their experience.
  • Work with merchandising, project management, and design teams to improve the overall shopping experience.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
  • Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.

  • Maintain acceptable hearing and vision levels to perform job duties.
