Our client is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join their team and lead the development of sophisticated data models that drive insights across the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various business units, integrate data from multiple sources, and deliver optimized reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making. What you'll get to do:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models using Power BI Desktop to support reporting and analytics.
  • Integrate and work with data from multiple sources, including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, and Syteline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the analyst team with data sets for building reports and dashboards for various business units.
  • Optimize Power BI reports for performance and consolidate data sets to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Design and implement a long-term strategy for data structure management and automation initiatives.
  • Clearly communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in data modeling and transformation, with a focus on Power BI.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence development, especially in early-stage data integration and ETL processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Power BI.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, or similar programming languages.
