About the Role:
As a Product/Full Stack Engineer, you will take full ownership of building innovative products that deliver an exceptional user experience. Youll work closely with the founding team to ship features quickly and iterate rapidly, helping shape the future of the company's product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of building user-centric products with extreme velocity.
  • Work across the stack to deliver products for businesses of all sizes and industries.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define product strategy and execution.
  • Build and iterate on new features, focusing on delivering a magical user experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Passionate about building the world's largest and most-loved financial technology company.
  • Founder experience or experience working on the founding team of a startup (strongly preferred).
  • High IQ/EQ with a desire to make an impact from day one.
  • High energy, excitement for the fintech space, and a willingness to work hard to achieve the company's vision.
  • Strong design intuition and effective written/verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in-person with the founding team in San Francisco 5-6 days a week.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in fintech or financial services.

Compensation & Benefits:
