Growing company in Horsham PA is seeking a Procurement Manager for a possible temporary to hire opportunity. This role will start out being primarily on site, but as training progresses it will grow to Hybrid; 2 days on site, 3 days remote. To be considered for this role you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Some duties will include:
-Building supply plans based on structured information analysis and business requirements.
-Ensuring contingency and remediation plans are in place for supply plans.
-Categorizing ancillary supply into high/medium/low risk according to set guidelines.
-Conducting detailed supplier and market analysis by examining facts, trends, and data.
-Creating and executing RFPs and RFQs.
-Understanding product data sheets, safety data sheets, certificates of compliance, and regulatory documents.
-Developing/sourcing vendors to support new product requests.
-Fostering continuous learning and product awareness among colleagues.
-Maintaining a repository of specification templates for defining supply requirements.
-Monitoring, reporting, managing, and improving supplier performance.
-Participating actively on sourcing teams with a focus on continuous improvement and quality of supply, service, cost and innovation.
-Collaborating with procurement specialists to ensure company funds are properly used for clinical supplies following corporate grant authority and approved supply plans.
Additional duties will be assigned by your manager to meet business needs.

Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is essential
Familiarity with About Time software is necessary
Understanding of Budget Processes and Buying Processes is required
Must demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills
Experience with handling invoices and related tasks is mandatory
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management
Excellent negotiation and strategic thinking skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
