LHH is looking for a Yardi ERP Systems Administrator / IT Systems Manager for a client of ours in Sacramento, CA.
...How would you feel about an exciting new on-site permanent/ direct hire role as a Yardi ERP Systems Administrator / IT Systems Manager/Director for a company based out Sacramento, CA?
This is for a SUPER STABLE COMPANY in the Property Management / Real Estate Industry with a GREAT Team Culture, FREE FOOD (3 meals per day). Base pay is between $100k - $155k annually depending on experience (if you need a little more lets still talk) + quarterly bonuses AND great medical, dental, vision 4% 401(k) contribution, PTO etc.

Must be able to work an on-site schedule in Sacramento, CA 5 days a week (no flex on this, apologies)
2+ years of Yardi ERP system configuration and / or administration experience OR 2+ years of experience with SQL system databases, who is able to extra data and is confident you can pickup Yardi quickly
2 years of experience overseeing IT operations, systems and Third-Party Providers (MSP and other vendors)
5+ years of experience in an IT Managerial position
5+ years of experience in IT overall
Must be detail oriented, able to hit deadlines and follow through on tasks and handle a reasonable amount of pressure
Must have experience with Office 365
Nice to have experience with Procore software
Nice to have experience with QuickBooks
Nice to have experience with Avid
Nice to have industry experience in Real Estate or Property Management

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year
