The Entry-Level Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team by assisting with various marketing activities, campaign coordination, and data analysis. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating marketing events, and assisting in the development of promotional materials. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing functions and have the opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, print, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to manage the production and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Organize and maintain marketing resources, including templates, presentations, and campaign assets.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitive products, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Help track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for the marketing team and management.
  • Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Manage and update the company s CRM and other marketing databases as needed.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and consistency


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing software like CRMs or email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions accurately.
