HR Workforce Analyst
- Contract: 5 months
- Salary: $30 - $35 per hour (($72,800))
- Hybrid: Plano, TX
Description:
The HR Workforce Analyst works closely with Human Resources staff to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and develop and execute on HR related workforce and labor cost reports.
The successful candidate is an expert at visualizing data from a wide variety of systems using query and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau), and can effectively evaluate the resulting data against financial objectives. The successful candidate has also mastered the design and delivery or reports using Excel and PowerPoint format.
This position is needed to support regular headcount reporting activities and labor cost tracking. The role the contingent worker will play is to support transition of the current organization structure. Responsibilities include headcount reporting (several reports monthly/quarterly), position data review, labor cost tracking, and other ad hoc requests.
What you'll be doing:
- Reporting, Labor cost tracking, and support ad-hoc information requests
- Position management activities across the company
- Data management activities (headcount/position)
- Working with various HR stakeholders on headcount management
Requirements:
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office
- PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce or any other dashboard creation tool skills
- Labor Cost Reporting experience, and being able to reconcile numbers
- Experience working well with others
- Workday experience or other HRM system
Added bonus if you have:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
- Experience providing subject matter expertise when new reporting requirements are identified.
- Contribute analytical expertise to technology projects with significant reporting or metrics components, including HR applications development, or business intelligence tools.
