IT Project Manager (REMOTE)
We are actively seeking an IT Project Manager for a Contract assignment with a global CPG company. The IT
Project Manager will bring experience as a Scrum Master and will join a team within an organization that is a
worldwide leader in the CPG space. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly organized individual who will assume
responsibility for maintaining information technology strategies by researching and implementing technological
strategic solutions and managing staff. Additionally, the scrum master helps the scrum team work more effectively
by identifying and eliminating impediments, promoting standards and best practices, and providing continued
support through coaching and mentoring. The scrum master ensures the smooth operation of agile processes and
activities and is responsible for leading daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization meetings and retrospectives.

IT Project Manager Responsibilities:
Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
for implementing information technologies.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and
control structures.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization
outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling
expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on state-of-the-art practices.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
IT Project Manager Requirements:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
5 -10 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within the manufacturing space.
Ideal candidate will have AGILE experience, has data warehouse development, data migrations, data work
previously.
Experience w SAFE and Agile planning.
Certified Scrum Master Cert and/or PMP certification is a plus.
Ability to travel up to Corporate once a quarter.
