Job Summary:
Acquisition Professionals is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to manage our SharePoint site and develop Power Automate flows. The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint administration, site management, and automating workflows to enhance business processes. Knowledgeable of best practices and protocols for creating, maintaining, and updating SharePoint sites, applications, and databases. Be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. Develop and maintain user documentation as well as train users on the use of SharePoint. NOTE: This position is a HYBRID position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring proper permissions, document libraries, and site structure.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with SharePoint sites and Power Automate flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve business workflows.
  • Ensure SharePoint site aligns with company policies, including security, compliance, and user access controls.
  • Provide user support and training as needed for SharePoint-related activities and Power Automate workflows.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including backups, updates, and performance monitoring for SharePoint environments.

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration.
Required Qualifications:
  • Expertise in configuring, deploying, and managing SharePoint applications
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Online
  • Knowledge of SQL server administration
  • Experience in developing and managing custom SharePoint solutions
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator, with a strong focus on Power Automate.

SharePoint Administrator Skills Desired:
  • Microsoft SharePoint Server administration
  • Creating and managing Active Directory accounts
  • Monitoring server performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and applications
  • Managing SharePoint security and permissions
