About the Role:

As a Sr. Solutions Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in leading discovery sessions with clients and internal teams, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions that are not only aligned with client goals but also fit within Central Payments' product guardrails. Your work will impact everything from scalability and security to profitability, helping clients navigate the ever-evolving world of embedded finance.

What You ll Do:

  • Lead discovery sessions, elicit business requirements, and document technical solutions that align with client goals.
  • Drive innovative solutions that balance security, scalability, and profitable pricing models.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Central Payments solutions, providing clients with sound advice and best practices.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date on money movement capabilities, related technologies, and trends in embedded finance.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project execution and maintain momentum during the discovery phase.
  • Mentor junior analysts and continuously evolve our solutioning practices.

What You ll Bring:

  • A solid understanding of financial services, payments systems, and software development practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and design solutions.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions and creating comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and clients to drive success.

What You ll Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business analytics, solutioning, or business/technical writing.
  • A degree in a related field or combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in the banking, payments, or fintech industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for organization and detail.
