Our client's company specializes in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of airfield lighting systems and related equipment. They are currently seeking a Technical Service Technician to join their team.

This role involves a blend of technical expertise, sales responsibilities, and extensive travel to airports and military installations.


[Responsibilities]

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on airfield lighting systems
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • Assist with installations and contribute to sales activities
  • Organize and maintain accurate records
  • Travel up to 80% for technical and sales-related tasks
  • Perform maintenance on the P606 sealant pump


[Qualifications]

  • Mechanical background with at least two years of experience in electrical or mechanical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on administrative accuracy and precise record-keeping
  • Basic knowledge of airfield lighting systems and LOTO procedures preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks
  • Sales experience or a strong interest in developing sales skills
  • Ability to pass background checks for access to military installations
