We help our Partners build innovative Technical Solutions along with developing their Technical Skills to support Co-Sell & Customer Delivery Success.

As a Cloud Solution Architecture Data & AI on the Capability & Capacity Team you'll be defining Partner Capability Characteristics to meet Technology & Business Needs, Developing Accelerated Plans to Build Partner Capability and leading Execution across various Teams including direct Partner Engagement leading to Market Ready Partner Practices & Solutions.

This pivotal role requires proficient Program Management skills and Collaboration Skills working across multiple Teams including Product Groups, SE&O, Marketing & GPS Teams.

Utilizing your analysis skills capturing insights from the Field, Partners & Other Stakeholders to Develop Capacity Models, Enhance Programs & Continually Improve the Delivery Capability Of Our Partners through their Solutions / Practices.

You'll be working remotely developing Partner Capability across the GPS Americas Region which may require Domestic & International Business Travel.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

o OR equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area Products & Services, and knowledge of market business environment
  • Experience working with AI Partner Technology Solution & Practice Development


Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

o OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

o OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
  • Established track record in planning and orchestrating strategic and complex Projects through V-Teams across multiple Groups.
  • Ability to assess Partner Ecosystem Requirements against our Product & Services Roadmap, Develop Plans and deliver across Multiple Teams & Stakeholders.


Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define Partner Characteristics aligned with Technology & Customer Needs including Funding Program & Specialization Requirements to Accelerate Partner Build-With Engagements.


  • Create and maintain Capacity Models including Partner Types, Partner Recruitment & Execution Strategy to meet Business Needs & Demand Signals across Customer Segments.


  • Develop Zero Day Partner Capacity Plans for In Demand / Emerging Technology Areas then orchestrate across Teams to accelerate Market Ready Partner Practices & Solutions.


  • Directly support the GPS Managed Partner Portfolio to accelerate Partner Build-With Engagements across Priority Workloads & Scenarios.


  • Collaborate with Enablement Teams & Programs on the Development of Scale Programs utilizing learnings from Early Partner Practice & Solution Development Engagements.
  • Capture Insights to improve Partner Build-With & Sell-With, Marketing Programs and Product Feedback for Engineering Teams while influencing Design Wins to demonstrate Partner Economics / Market Opportunity.
