  • Bachelor's degree required; degrees in web design, graphic design, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
  • Submission of a portfolio with 3-5 samples showcasing web and graphic design skills.
  • 2 years' experience managing websites via content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Experience with website redesigns, focusing on user experience and navigation.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus, though not required.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics with a willingness to further develop skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a small team.
