We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team located in San Francisco, California. The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, manage customer inquiries, and ensure accurate processing of customer applications in our industry. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via our ticketing system to make customers feel valued and understood
Respond to customer issues such as device malfunctions and guide them to the appropriate resources for device replacement
Explain product features and usability to customers to enhance their product experience
Troubleshoot issues related to our App, Frame, or WiFi and provide efficient solutions
Administer warranty support and manage product returns to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and other departments to represent the voice of our customers (VoC) and continuously improve our processes and products
Use customer service software effectively to manage, track and resolve customer issues
Demonstrate technical proficiency in supporting iOS / Android phones and apps
Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts for necessary action
Be open to learning, embracing change, and taking on new challenges in a dynamic startup environment. Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and CRM systems
Solid understanding of Database and EO/IR systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and About Time software
Proven experience in managing Customer Accounts
Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Customer Service skills
Experience in Customer Success roles
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer inquiries
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
