Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: Temecula, CA (92591)
Duration: 12 months of Contract
NOTES: Training is approximately 4-6 weeks onsite then working onsite. Training hours 7 am-3:30 pm then shift hours would be an 8-hour shift with a start time from 4:55 am through 8:30 am.
Job Responsibilities:
- Needs to have some level of customer service dealing with the public.
- Must speak clearly, good verbal communication, able to multitask, phone calls, attention to details, very important to start on time and minimize absenteeism.
Required:
- MS Outlook (no power point needed), 10 key data entry and typing testing.
