Marketing Intern

Apartments.com's Marketing internship program provides real world professional experience in a dynamic and highly successful company. It allows students to build business skills which will complement their formal education and personal development, while learning all essential functions necessary to an organization's marketing strategies across various functions, including B2B, B2C, social media, digital marketing and more.

Timeline

Internship: Summer 2025

Responsibilities May Include

• Participating in critical business initiatives across our digital, consumer and B2B teams
• Each initiative will offer a broad range of activities ranging from marketing activities, data analysis, customer outreach and content creation
• Gaining exposure to multiple roles across the Marketing organization as well as with sales and product teams
• Working with the marketing campaign team to create an integrated marketing campaign
• Attending advertising client and prospect visits with sales team members
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencer partnerships across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that resonate with our target audience.
• Assist in creating engaging social media content featuring influencer collaborations.
• Analyze influencer profiles, engagement rates, and content style to assess alignment with the brand.
• Assist in the development and execution of brand integrations and partnerships with various media partners.

40 hours per week paid internship

Qualifications

• Candidate who are majoring in Business, Marketing, or Communications seeking internship
• MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
• Technical skills and SQL skills preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• Detailed work ethic
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
