Job Description

We are seeking an in-office Outbound/Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for reaching out to existing customer accounts, assisting customers by providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues.

Availability

Monday-Friday

Mid-Evening Shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Contacting existing customer accounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Provide information about the products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound calls, customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to provide assistance to our customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills
