    Role Title: Jr. Video Producer- (Hybrid)

    Job Summary: The Jr. Video producer will curate content for Cruise Planners various forms of digital media. This team member will be passionate about storytelling, skilled in video production, project management and eager to contribute to a variety of multimedia projects that highlight our brand and services. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a supportive and innovative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create task management using Jira for all video projects.
    • Assist in the planning, filming, and editing of video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
    • Support the other producers and directors in the execution of creative concepts.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
    • Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots to ensure high-quality production.
    • Edit raw footage into polished final products.
    • Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
    • Assist in pre-production tasks, such as scouting locations, securing talent and permits, and scheduling.
    • Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.
    • Ensure all video content aligns with Cruise Planners brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and multimedia content.
    • Work with Training Team to produce CP Live, Weekly Network Broadcast tasks include behind the scenes announcer and enhance content as needed
    • Knowledge of OBS is necessary.
    • Assist with other multimedia projects as needed.
    • Source footage for multimedia projects.
    • Capture agent photos at STAR University as well as Home Office Team Member headshots
    • Capture stills and broll for various events at Home Office and offsite
    • Assist in all aspects of Convention for video and production

    Competencies:

    • Familiarity with pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
    • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects, or similar software).
    • Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
    • Strong storytelling ability and creative vision.
    • Basic understanding of video aesthetics including composition, pacing, and sound design.
    • Ability to conceptualize and script short video content.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and feedback.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and their video content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and assist with multiple projects.
    • A portfolio or reel showcasing relevant video work required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor s degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or experience in video production can substitute formal education.
    • 1-2+ years of experience - (internships or freelance work acceptable)

    This is a Hybrid schedule- Onsite (Tuesday - Thursday) and Remote (Mondays and Fridays) and occasional offsite filming.
