Vast.ai is the market leader for low cost GPU rentals. Our GPU marketplace powers AI projects and businesses all over the world.

NOTE: Currently hiring for on-site work in Westwood, Los Angeles.

• Dig into wireframing, analysis and key hypothesis formation for the core GPU offering and beyond.
• Work closely with the CEO and COO to refine product visions, ensuring that they fit within the broader corporate strategy and market needs.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team, fostering an environment of accountability and growth.
• Establish rigorous metrics and evaluation processes to gauge product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage directly with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our solutions are closely aligned with user needs.
• Drive innovation in AI and machine learning applications, ensuring that Vast.ai remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

• Implement and monitor product wide dashboards.
• Wireframe new onboarding flows from the marketing website into the product.
• Monitor all competitor interfaces, products and industry trends.
• Reimagine and reinvent key flows.

• Technically Proficient: While not necessarily an engineer (engineers are preferred), you have a strong understanding of the technology that powers your products, enabling productive collaboration with technical teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience within a technical domain, such as software engineering or solutions consulting.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams or organizations, with a proven track record in strategic project delivery.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably with exposure to AI and machine learning technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through data-driven decisions and a keen focus on KPIs.

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday.
