As the Principal Product Manager - Trust (Security, Privacy and Data Governance), you will lead defining the next generation of our access management platform, privacy (DSR response) and security access control framework. Your enterprise customers expect a robust and scalable approach to onboard their new teams, so they can innovate faster within Treasure Data s Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will own and drive the overall strategy, including areas of user management, authorization model, and profile progressive profiling.

Treasure Data CDP unifies customer data from disparate sources to deliver a holistic view of the customer enabling insights and actions with the objective of optimizing personalized customer journeys. Treasure Data has differentiated technologies to ingest and unify customer data, perform machine learning on customer data, and syndicate with other software products for activation, all the while adhering to complex security and privacy requirements of large enterprises. Numerous global customers trust Treasure Data to handle their complexity, scale, and security needs.

Role & Responsibility

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our Security, Privacy and Data Governance feature sets. Interact with internal stakeholders, security experts, customers, and prospects to develop a deep understanding of market needs around security administrative features.
  • Apply a working knowledge of global data privacy, information security regulations, and policies to articulate customer/control impact and drive alignment across CDP teams to deliver measurable outcomes and improvements.
  • Lead projects to implement standards, tools, and processes supporting security controls, privacy and data governance across the Treasure Data CDP.
  • Interact with customers/prospects to develop a deep understanding of their problems and requirements and synthesize requirements to define compelling product capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience focusing on infrastructure/data security or equivalent experience with a complex technical product with deep security requirements
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following standards: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Social Sign-On, SSO, and LDAP
  • Good understanding of enterprise security and data governance architectures
  • Good understanding of privacy regulation (e.g. CCPA, GDPR)
  • Prior experience in building and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products
  • Prior experience building security products on private or public clouds (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Proven track record of setting a product vision, translating vision into a product roadmap, and end-to-end execution of shipping products.
  • Skilled communicator who is just as comfortable having technical discussions with engineering as well as discussing concepts with a diverse customer audience, including C-level executives, product, and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent ability to empathize and communicate with people with different points of view
  • Ability to collaborate and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • An analytical mindset that makes data-driven decisions and can easily calculate ROI.

Physical Requirements:

Working out of Mountain View, California, USA office according to our Global Hybrid Working Policy.
