Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate dynamic virtual and hands-on training sessions centered around occupant protection safety, employing our comprehensive curricula and resources.
- Engage participants actively and assess the effectiveness of each educational session.
- Represent our organization during both virtual and in-person training events, ensuring that all supporting materials and records are managed with precision.
- Contribute to the evaluation of courses and trainers to enhance our educational offerings continuously.
- U.S.-certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
- Thorough understanding of child passenger safety, occupant protection systems, crash dynamics, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) as covered in the Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification Training curriculum.
- Experience in working with underserved communities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a high level of professionalism.
- Preference for individuals certified as U.S.-certified CPST instructors.
- A robust understanding of relevant safety standards and training curricula.
