Faith Family Church is seeking a talented Videographer / Graphic Designer who is passionate about leveraging creativity to inspire, uplift, and connect people to Jesus. This individual will play a critical role in visually communicating the mission of our church by transforming ideas into compelling narratives through video and graphic design. We are looking for someone with a heart for ministry, committed to excellence in both their craft and their walk with Christ. This individual should have expert-level knowledge in video production, editing, and graphic design, and remain current with the latest tools and technologies in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Storytelling:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including sermon series, testimonies, ministry promotions, and social media content.
  • Capture live events, services, and special moments that highlight the heart and mission of Faith Family Church.
  • Develop creative narratives that inspire, motivate, and guide people toward a relationship with Jesus.
• Graphic Design & Visual Communication:
  • Design eye-catching graphics for sermon series, event promotions, website content, social media, and print materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual platforms, maintaining Faith Family Church's aesthetic and vision.
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders to create designs that reflect the church's core message and values.
• Technology & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, software, and tools in video production and graphic design.
  • Utilize motion graphics, typography, and advanced editing techniques to enhance storytelling.
  • Optimize video and graphic content for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and social media channels.
• Leadership & Excellence:
  • Lead by example, living a life that reflects Christ and embodies the values of Faith Family Church.
  • Serve as a creative partner for pastors and ministry teams, offering innovative ideas to further the church s mission.
  • Display excellence, integrity, and professionalism in every project, large or small.
  • Provide mentorship to volunteers or interns involved in creative ministries.

Qualifications:

• Deep personal faith in Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects spiritual maturity.
• Proven experience in video production, editing, and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both skill sets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable tools.
• Strong storytelling abilities, with a talent for turning concepts into impactful visual stories.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
• Familiarity with church culture and sensitivity to the unique needs of ministry communication.
• Experience with social media platforms, content optimization, and emerging digital trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with livestream production, motion graphics, or photography.
• Familiarity with ProPresenter, Planning Center, or other church-based software platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a ministry team setting.
• Knowledge of video equipment, lighting techniques, and sound design.
