Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for checking in employees, responding to call-outs, and ensuring staffing needs are met using our internal systems and backup lists. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, problem-solving in real-time, and using a variety of software platforms to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour

You will:
- Manage daily rosters by sending them to clients and fielding any backup requests.
- Review and respond to voicemails for employee check-ins, making follow-up calls when employees haven't checked in.
- Use backup lists to assign workers to job sites when needed.
- Send email communications to clients regarding staffing updates.
- Problem-solve attendance issues in real time to ensure coverage is always in place.
- Flexible work environment (hybrid or in-office).
- Company-provided laptop.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to work independently, whether in the office or remotely.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
- Experience in problem-solving and handling last-minute changes with ease.
