Data Analyst - This Role is Hybrid in Columbus, OH

What You ll Be Doing

  • Enhance reporting for our current business model by owning end-to-end development, design, and maintenance of analyses and dashboards
  • Partner with engineers, product stakeholders, and leadership to translate business requests into deliverable product insights
  • Consistently introduce strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to the decision process
  • Develop and maintain documentation of reporting pipelines, datasets, and dashboards
  • Facilitate building a best in class healthcare data team, granting Gifthealth additional opportunities to drive a better and more affordable patient experience in the pharmacy space
  • Ensure compliance and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI)

Education

  • BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or comparable quantitative field and relevant work experience as a Data Analyst

A Few Things About You

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience manipulating complex data sets and developing statistical analyses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
  • Experience with SQL, Python, BI Tools (we use Domo/Metabase), Fivetran, Excel
  • Preferred experience with dbt, git, AWS, healthcare analytics
  • A proactive approach to problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
