Product Data Management Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms, including NetSuite and Shopify. You will oversee data entry, ensure the accuracy of product attributes, and configure Centric PLM to streamline product lifecycle processes. Additionally, you will act as a central point of communication for product data across cross-functional teams, managing production and design attributes to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product data attributes and oversee accurate data entry across platforms.
• Configure and optimize Centric PLM for efficient product lifecycle management.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product data in NetSuite and Shopify.
• Act as the central point of communication regarding product data for cross-functional teams.
• Manage production and design attributes to support development and operations.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain data integrity and support business needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product data management, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Centric PLM, NetSuite, and Shopify.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable internet access. You will spend extended periods at a computer, so a comfortable and ergonomic workspace is essential. We provide the necessary tools and support to ensure a productive and collaborative virtual work experience. Additionally, the company holds quarterly all-hands meetings in California, which you would be expected to travel to and attend in person.
