We are seeking a HRIS Specialist for our client in Tampa! You will be responsible for maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and leading the integration of newly acquired partner companies into the system.

Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the UKG Pro HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Configure and set up system architecture and data fields to ensure scalability for a growing organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement HRIS enhancements, upgrades, and partner integrations.
  • Lead HRIS/HCM module implementations, providing best practice recommendations.
  • Translate technical implementations into training materials for employees and managers.
  • Oversee the integration of newly acquired companies into the UKG HCM platform.
  • Train team members and partner users on HRIS best practices and system usage.
  • Handle routine and complex reporting using HRIS business intelligence tools.
  • Clean and rationalize data to provide accurate insights for decision-making.
  • Identify areas for HRIS process improvement, enhancing workflows and efficiency.
  • Lead system testing, implementation, and training for new HRIS initiatives.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Support the team with data required for compliance audits and filings.
  • Ensure system security and manage user access.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration, data reporting, and system implementation.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG system implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state HR laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build relationships and prioritize employees and partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, focusing on both large-scale and small-scale improvements.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High standards for personal integrity and professionalism.
