This heating and cooling technician position offers a competitive pay range of $25 - $55 per hour and a consistent schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an HVAC Specialist, your day starts early, getting all your tools and gear ready for the day's tasks. You head to the first site to do routine HVAC maintenance, checking filters, belts, and coils to make sure everything's working well. Then, you go to a service call to figure out what's wrong with a faulty AC unit and fix the issue to get it up and running again. In the afternoon, you handle a full HVAC installation, setting up ductwork, wiring, and connecting the new system. By the end of the day, you've made spaces comfortable and systems efficient.


Here's what you need to become our HVAC Specialist:

  • Relevant experience
  • Necessary education
  • Driver's license
  • Journeyman or apprentice status
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions carefully
  • 2 years of experience (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team (preferred)
