Revenue Operations Associate
is a hybrid technical and business role that will focus on driving revenue growth and optimizing sales operations. We are seeking a scrappy startup operator with experience in Sales and Growth Operations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, enjoys managing comprehensive projects, and excels in both strategizing and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement success strategies for client onboarding and retention.
- Enhance sales efficiency through enablement programs, process improvements, and support initiatives.
- Lead forecasting and segmentation strategy to optimize sales performance and market coverage.
- Oversee account management personnel onboarding and training to ensure readiness and productivity.
- Prepare data and insights for revenue team meetings and problem solving
- Design, build, and maintain strategies, infrastructure, and processes that drive market success and sales team efficiency.
- Manage CRM and pipeline to ensure accuracy and cleanliness.
- Identify and support top-of-funnel activities and potential referral sources.
- Maintain and iterate on dashboards to ensure accuracy and alignment with team feedback.
- Support retention strategies and develop action plans for at-risk members.
- Proven experience in data-driven decision-making and project management.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and driving results at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
