About the Role
Insticator is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Ad Operations team as we continue to grow and innovate in the digital advertising space. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Ad Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of demand partners and ensuring all their needs are satisfied on time. Your responsibilities will encompass establishing and nurturing new business connections with key partners such as DSPs, SSPs, including execution of RFPs, PMPs, and PG deals. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing ad hoc programmatic inquiries from demand partners and resolving performance-related issues swiftly and effectively.
The ultimate objective of this role is to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with our demand partners to optimize outcomes for our publishing partners. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a keen eye for detail.

A desirable additional qualification is the ability to distill and articulate complex concepts concisely, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work with working hours aligned with the EST time zone.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish new relationships with DSPs / SSPs from business development to the integration stage.
- Be the main point of contact for existing relationships with DSPs / SSPs.
- Address ad hoc programmatic queries from demand partners and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Collaborate closely with demand partners to maximize outcomes for the portfolio of Insticator/OKO publishing partners.
- Effectively manage and improve domain approval, domain trafficking processes across various channels and integration types.
- Perform R&D, upsell to expand the partnerships to the new heights.
- Handle the QBRs with demand partners, maintain the technical and operational roadmap plans to maximize the business outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, including distilling complex concepts.
Qualifications
Professional Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in the advertising space, business development skills.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and any other ad server technology like SpringServe, Connatix, Ex.co, Aniview.
- Experience with programmatic architecture and demand-side platforms.
- Basic understanding of Product/Project Management principles.
- Efficiency in using the Google Suite platform, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with
- clients and internal teams.
