Prinsco has added a role for an ERP Manufacturing Project Manager in Willmar, Minnesota to oversee the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, including D365 F&O, CE, and Portal. This role involves configuring the necessary software to align with the company's needs and optimize operational efficiency. This position will be responsible for:
- Monitor ERP system performance and address any issues that arise, analyzing current business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Create and update documentation related to systems and processes, providing training and assistance to end users.
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions that align with business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with proven experience in Business Analysis, specifically in ERP implementation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with fiscal responsibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and business processes as well as demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
