This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, values a culture of viewing challenges as opportunities, prioritizes action, indulges in their curiosity, and is committed to supporting their team's success.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Spearhead client onboarding, acting as the go-to contact for our clients during the initial setup phase. Your goal is to build trust and confidence with our clients, ensure timely and successful implementations, and facilitate a smooth transition to long-term partnerships.

- Develop, coordinate, and execute detailed project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, both within and outside the organization.

- Guide projects through all phases, from initiation and setup to testing, training, launch, and post-launch support, ensuring a seamless transition and stable operation.

- Proactively identify and manage project challenges and risks, crafting contingency strategies as necessary.

- Set a high bar for communication, keeping all stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, and issues in a clear and timely manner.

- Drive progress towards our objectives, taking the initiative to move projects forward with our clients and internal teams.

- Work with support and operational leaders to pinpoint and enact improvements in processes and tools, adapting to and scaling with the organization's growth.

- Contribute to the development of scalable processes to support an increasing volume of concurrent projects.

**To Be Successful in This Role, You:**

- Have a proven track record of leading successful implementation projects within the healthcare technology sector, from start to finish.

- Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages.

- Are highly organized, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

- Are driven by results and efficiency, constantly seeking ways to streamline processes for faster delivery without compromising on quality.

- Excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.

- Utilize data effectively to narrate the success of pilot projects and to shape strategies that guarantee the success of these initiatives.

- Are proactive in identifying potential issues early on and are adept at proposing viable solutions.

- Are inventive and resourceful, with excellent problem-solving abilities, adept conflict resolution skills, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

- Have at least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in software deployment and implementation in a B2B context.

**Ideally, You Have:**

- Experience with the implementation of electronic health record systems (experience with Epic is highly valued).

- A familiarity with environments that require strict adherence to privacy and security standards.

- An understanding of tiered support structures and escalation procedures.
